SHIPPING POLICY

 

At HippieRager, every piece is made to order just for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

 

All orders require 5–10 business days for production before they ship. This is not a delay — it's the nature of made-to-order printing. Your item is being created specifically for you after you place your order.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (after production)

 

United States: 3–5 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 7–14 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 10–21 business days

Rest of World: 10–21 business days

 

Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, a US order typically arrives within 8–15 business days from the order date.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

 

Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our print-on-demand partner (Printify). Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are collected by your local customs authority.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

 

If your tracking shows your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@hippierager.com. We'll work with you to resolve the situation.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
