Refund policy

All HippieRager products are made to order, just for you. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@hippierager.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • - A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We do not require you to return the damaged item.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
